Our Vision  our priorities, goals and mission

What are the priorities of God's Glory Church? What are our goals and vision? We want to work according to our faith in Jesus Christ and build the church on three main pillars:

worshipWorship and Prayer

We believe that there is often a lot of talk in churches and too little prayer. We are so committed to this goal of prayer and worship that we aim to focus on those things that are spiritually the most important. The church must be a place where God can work according to his will. We must believe that he alone is the head of the Church and wants to lead his people. It is time to go beyond our own understanding and allow God to do the impossible. If we completely trust him - even at our own expense, resigning our 'self' he will change our city and our churches - and do what today seems not possible or 'idealistic'. For this reason, we not only pray as a church every day, but pray together at nights of prayer, 24-hour prayer/worship sessions, and worship concerts. If you have a prayer need for yourself or others, please visit us and we will prayer with you and for you. See our section on prayer.

Building the church by building relationshipsgroup bible study

We believe we are a 'body' of people that is joined together. We believe that relationships are the basis of good understanding and building a healthy church, on many levels. Good relationships seek to put the love of Christ in to practice. We believe that the church should be a place where everyone can freely come and feel welcomed - with no 'strings-attached', no pressure or manipulation. The Church is a spiritual organism which God builds through working with his obedient people. We believe the Church is to be a place of support, inspiration, and of Jesus' love - as well as a place of spiritual discipline. Nowy Sacz needs such a church, and God wants to build such a church of people in Nowy Sacz! For this reason, building his church through healthy, strong relationships is one of our keep goals.

We believe that as a church we are call to serve one another both in and out of the church. Jsus' entire ministry was dedicated to serving others - not just the 'holy', but more than anything those who saw themselves as 'not holy'. So it is for us - if we desire to follow Jesus we must likewise serve like him. We are to serve not only withing the Church context but the community too - and not just 'preaching the Gospel' but with the heartfelt desire just to serve and help others with the love of Christ. And how are we to chow the love of Christ? Do we just say "Come to church and we'll show you how to be a Christian?" No, thats's not enough.  We believe that today God calls his people to be ready and willing to serve and help others in practical, meaningful ways whether they come to church or not. We serve the community and city without manipulation or pressure, help the poor and needy just like our Lord Jesus. That is the kind of church which pleases God and brings him joy.  See our Ministries section.
